Runs Open Until Midnight – Enjoy Live Music and Fireworks!
Ski, board or tube your way into the New Year at this year’s Buck Hill New Year’s Eve Bash. What better setting to ring in the New Year than a wintry wonderland with your friends and family? You can hit the runs through midnight and then the sky will explode with a HUGE fireworks display by renowned Zambelli Fireworks International. They have a full evening of fun planned with other family-friendly activities like:
· Rhythm Junkies – Live in the Lodge
· Kevin Hall of Halls of Magic, as seen on “America’s Got Talent”
· Glitter Glam Hair-Dos
· Erik the Juggling Magician
· Gabe’s Memorial Fun Ski Race
The best part is that all of the above activities are FREE with admission and lift tickets are just $32 for adults, $26 for children 12 and under, and kids under age 5 can ski or snowboard FREE with a paid adult. Many rental options are also available. Plus, the Buck Hill Air Bag Jump will also be open and tickets start at just $5 for 2 jumps and $1 each additional jump. Keep in mind, you will need a lift ticket or season pass to jump.
They will have a wide variety of food options available for purchase and you can even make a reservation if you would like to enjoy a sit-down dinner and cocktails in The Whittier Room overlooking the Hill. We recommend making these reservations early as they do fill quickly! You will also be able to enjoy cocktails at the BuckStone Lodge until 1 a.m.
Don’t feel like making the drive to and from the Hill that night? Make a night (or weekend) of it and book a room at the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn just down the road. They’ll be running a shuttle to and from Buck Hill for guests staying there – so convenient and so easy! Buck Hill has partnered with the Nicollet Inn to offer a special rate of $119 (valid Thursday-Sunday) and all you have to do is mention the Buck Hill deal when making reservations.
